Discrete Model for a Multi-Objective Maintenance Optimization Problem of Safety Systems

چکیده

The aim of this article was to solve a multi-objective maintenance optimization problem by minimizing both unavailability and cost through the use an optimal strategy. took into account three different system designs upon which objective functions are dependent, time start preventive (PM) used as decision variable. This variable optimized for all components using discrete model that allows specification several values in advance find one. solved innovative computing methodology newly updated software MATLAB, quantify complex represented directed acyclic graph. A also developed compute configurations, configuration found. results selected real (a fluid injection adopted from references) showed less sensitive variations while were more noticeable relation configurations. Applying PM, increasing value increased because it led frequent corrective (CM) actions, recovery times due CM expensive than PM.
